41 years ago I said "Yes" to Jesus. 25 years ago I said "Yes" to my husband. 20 years ago I said "Yes" to stay-at-home mommyhood. 17 years ago I said "Yes" to homeschooling. 8 years ago I said "Yes" to adoption. Enjoying "one day more" of this amazing journey I'm on with my Heavenly Father! "Tomorrow we'll discover what our God in heaven has in store!"
I love these cartoons! This one makes a good point. I think that even strong homeschoolers who are not tempted to send their kids out to school, are still often caught by this lie. Signing up our kids for too many extra-curricular activies is often a sign that we are trying to prove our kids are socialized. Or when asked the 's' question, we begin to rattle off all the clubs and sports and stuff our kids do to prove we are doing a good job. Eve's jumper was a nice touch! blessings, Jenny www.homeiswhereyoustartfrom.blogspot.com
